EULA - End User License Agreement

Market System Analyzer 3 is shareware. It may be used free or charge for 30 days and subject to the following:
1. No alterations are made to the original program.
2. The program may not be dissassembled, decompiled, or reverse-engineered.
3. Adaptrade Software makes no claims regarding whether the use of the software will result in profitable trading results for any user.
4. Adaptrade Software is not responsible for trading decisions, including profits or losses, resulting from use of the program.
5. If the end user redistributes the program, that person is subject to the distribution agreement.
